We're building an AI-powered skills navigator that helps students identify their strengths and chart personalized paths to meaningful careers. After 14 years as a professor, I've seen firsthand why career readiness needs a rethink—and why a "whole community" approach connecting educators, businesses, and community leaders is essential for creating hands-on opportunities.
